Tracking Code Specialist
As a Tracking Code Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring that advertisers' tracking code is installed correctly, anything from sometimes assisting with the entire implementation to test purchases to ensure functionality. You are also responsible for monitoring and resolving issues, where tracking code appears to be working poorly or not at all. Your role is vital to the company's development, as the installation and control of installed tracking codes is a bottleneck when we are growing so much.
As advertisers use a variety of platforms, you will work with a number of different solutions, but where Google Tag Manager and simple javascript are common technologies.
You will report directly to one of the company's founders, who is also the active CTO and developer of the platform.
💡 Your skills
- At least 1 year of experience with Google Tag Manager
- 1 year of experience with Javascript (specifically for application in Google Tag Manager)
- Experience using inspecting simple HTML code for troubleshooting
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish
- Basic understanding of databases and their administration
- Social ability to communicate via email and phone with the company's customers at various technical level
- Driven and solution-oriented
🥇 Preferred qualifications
- Several years of experience with Google Tag Manager and Javascript
- Experience with affiliate marketing, tracking, cookies and the like
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms
- Experience with LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP)
