Why another watch? The world is full of fine designer watches, which are unfortunately worn and thrown away. Unfortunately, the world is also full of plastic waste. Every second breath we take depends on clean and healthy oceans for oxygen to be generated. It is not only clean air that is important for our well-being.

We thought, what if there was a brand and product that could reflect a cool attractive lifestyle and help drive a better lifetime for all of us on this planet. It's not only about environmental sustainability, it's about how we do better, be better, feel better, and look better in all aspects of life -  to experience a lifestyle for lifetime.

Angulo watches are made from upcycled fishing gears (nets, trawl and hawser), otherwise risking ending up as ghost nets in the oceans
harming sea creatures and environment. We say it's Great Made, which is also engraved on the backplate of the watch instead of the classic 'Swiss made' quality mark :-)
Also, the wrist strap is made from SEAQUAL upcycled marine plastics and PET landfills that has both OEKO-TEX® Class 100 and GRSCertification. The sportstrap is extremely nice to wear - not only for you but also the ocean sealife.

Why the name? Angulo  means 'angle' in Spanish - and we want to enter the watch industry from a new angle with a greater purpose - lifestyle for lifetime. A  brand reflecting a greater way making a difference with your time. We like to give a different meaning to our relationship to time, not only to the object that measures it. Our logo,  name, and design elements are reflecting this ambition in different angles. Also, regarding the brand Angulo - by coincidence :-) our dad's nickname was Angulo in his youth while surfing whith his fellow friends,  who is also part of the story why we started and named this brand...

This is the start of a journey. We are not perfect. We strive to be. But no human is. However, all humans are unique and great made.
